The brand new Cantina dei salumi (cold cuts cellar), a showcase overlooking the room, is temperature-controlled and suitable for the maturing of the many cold cuts from the Modena area such as prosciutto, coppa, culatello, pancetta, salami and much more. A gem to be admired and, above all, enjoyed!
